Antatah Arogyam is a clinic management platform operated by Antatah Arogyam, Vani, Nashik, Maharashtra, India. We provide software tools for Ayurvedic and dental clinics to manage patient records, billing, and clinical workflows.
We collect and process the following categories of data on behalf of clinics using our platform: patient demographic information (name, date of birth, contact details, address), medical records (clinical notes, prescriptions, diagnoses, treatment plans), billing and payment information (invoice amounts, payment status — not card details), and appointment history. We also collect clinic staff account information (name, role, login activity).
Patient data is processed under the lawful basis of healthcare treatment (legitimate interest) and, where applicable, explicit consent obtained at the point of registration. Clinic operators are the data controllers. Antatah Arogyam acts as the data processor under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
Data collected through our platform is used exclusively to provide clinic management services: storing and displaying patient records to authorised clinic staff, generating invoices and prescription documents, sending appointment reminders via WhatsApp (with patient consent), and producing clinical reports for treating practitioners.
Patient medical records are retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of last treatment, in compliance with Indian Medical Records Rules, 2016. Clinic operators may request permanent deletion of specific records after the minimum retention period. Billing records are retained for 7 years for GST compliance.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is controlled by role-based permissions. All data access events are logged in an immutable audit trail. Patient data is stored on servers located in India (Supabase Mumbai region).
We do not sell, rent, or share patient data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with: cloud infrastructure providers (for storage and hosting), messaging providers (for WhatsApp reminders — message content only, no medical details), and PDF generation services (invoice and prescription documents). All sub-processors are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, individuals have the right to: access their personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure (subject to retention requirements), and withdraw consent. Requests can be directed to your treating clinic, who is responsible for responding within 30 days.
We use session cookies for authentication purposes only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools.
